Hey guys. I'm going to be rushing next fall and I'm wondering whats Delta Chi and Theta Chi is like. Do they have houses?

Delta Chi does, they're both pretty low key though.

theyre both pretty cool but lower key frats except with delta chi winning HOCO this year but both seem to have cool guys in it

I love both the guys but Delta Chi would easily be considered a better house. If they had a real frat house then everyone would go there.
