why are there so many girl from naperville that rush? Which houses do they usually end up in. It just seems strange because I've never heard of this town before going to Mizzou.

It's a large upscale suburb of Chicago. Lots of pretty snobby girls from there. A perfect for the Mizzou greek system.

For those not from Chicago, Naperville is a zillion miles from the city, is the second largest city in Illinois, so not really a suburb. It's a place so far away from Chicago, it's totally irrelevant. No one would ever brag they were from Naperville.

Ladue, Town and Country and many other St. Louis suburbs put Naperville to shame. Naperville is an oversized, generic suburb with no real connection to Chicago and no identity or culture of its own. The schools there are so big that unless you are in the Top5% of your graduating class, you can't get into U. of Illinois. So the students wind up going to Mizzou, Purdue, Wisconsin, Indiana U or, god help them, Iowa or Iowa State. Naperville is a great place to be FROM, but not many people of our generation want to wind up there.

It's much easier to get into Wisconsin if you are from out of state. They want your $$$$. My sister got into Wisconsin with a 25 ACT. Just sayin'.

In my high school (North Shore suburb of Chicago) a 25 sucked. I go to Mizzou for the J-School, but was accepted as a freshman because of my ACT and class rank. I'm not sure I know anyone from my high school who didn't get at least a 29. And considering Wisconsin pretends to be an elite university, 1 25 blows.

Wisconsin is harder than U of I to get into. The average ACT score there is a 30 so nice try

naperville is NOT upscale. saying that napervilled is upscale is like an embarrassment to Chicago. The real upscale Chicago suburbs are the north shore and everyone knows that. Please do not associate Naperville with us.
