top frats/sororities in real life

ok i did not mean for this to turn into a zeta post.. honestly i haven't been friends with many girls in SK and phi mu so i don't know what their PCs look like, but as far as i know zetas are the pretty girls out of SK/tri sig/phi mu and hands down everyone i know would pick zeta out of either of those

the rankings i have above are not just solely based off looks. the houses i have at the top are the hottest and most popular/trendy/mostly wealthy houses. adpi axo and theta do not even deserve a mention because they are that irrelevant when it comes to popularity/wealth/attractiveness. And also I'm not basing "wealth" on how big/nice/expensive the physical sorority house is, i mean the overall wealth of girls in that house. How expensive your dues are has nothing to do with how much money girls in your house have.

Well if you're basing zeta on those criteria, you are looking at a bottom house. They are the least popular sorority here, with other sororities because they're catty and mean, and with frats, because they are too much drama. And their retention to keep new members is one of the lowest in all of our houses, how can you possibly say zeta is a popular house if they can't even keep their members?? Seriously don't know a single person that would pick zeta based on popularity.
And wealth? All sororities have well off girls. That's just too hard to judge. Overall though I would zeta isn't anywhere near the same financial family as kappa, pi phi, or DG.
I'm starting to think you have no idea what zeta is actually like compared to other houses here. You're either a freshman who doesn't have a lot of friends in other houses yet, or a zeta yourself just trying to talk your house up. Your arguments are extremely off and questionable. I really hope you're just an ignorant freshman and not a zeta because this is extremely embarrassing for zeta. There's a reason everyone ranks them bottom three, and it doesn't just have to do with grades, involvement, or retention.

Also just fyi, Adpi is a very wealthy sorority here. Just shows how much you really don't know about our chapters. When was the last time zeta renovated? Adpi and axo both have recently. Axo just added a new parking lot. Are you sure you are Greek? You don't seem to know much about any chapter except zeta... Which really begs to question why you're so biased and cutthroat for adding them as a top house, when in reality they're maybe bottom 3 at best. Not trying to hurt your feelings if you are a zeta, and maybe ignorance is bliss - but it's still ignorance. Please learn a little but about your community before you go and start trying to argue why your house should be ranked higher. I can bet you still have a lot to learn!

Sadly for you, I am not your "zeta hater." I am simply someone putting a house in it's place where it belongs. I'm not familiar with the zeta bashings, but as someone who knows the Greek system well I can tell you that all houses get bashed on. Kappa, Adpi, axo, Gphi have been recent targets. Does that mean that there are "kappa haters or Gphi haters?" No. And it so doesn't mean we should feel pity for zeta by placing them 2 tiers up just because they've been bashed on like every. Other. Chapter. Here.
I'm trying to teach you a valuable lesson here, sweetie. You write posts flattering houses that don't deserve the recognition, and people are going to accuse you of being in that house. It's skeptical. Notice how I didn't disagree with any othe house you put on your list. Just the one that doesn't fit. And then to not only have a failed attempt at backing up your post, but overly defending the house is a red flag. Hunny, if you weren't a zeta, you wouldn't care this much. Like I said, the only reason I keep responding is to educate you and hopefully you learn from your mistakes. Don't sneak a bottom tier house into a top list just because it's your own house and you're trying to win some PR points. 1. Everyone is going to accuse you of being in zeta because no one else but a zeta would put them in a top house list. 2. You're embarrassing your sisters now that you've been caught 3. even more so trying to deny and cover up yor mistakes 4. You're further hurting zetas reputation

yes i have and I've also seen their new pledge class...they have the looks and are way more social than a lot of the other freshmen pledge classes
