sororities that make you live in the house?

I'm a freshman at Mizzou, and I'm considering either going through COB during the Spring 2015 semester or going through formal recruitment as a sophomore. I was just wondering which sororities (if any) make you live in the house as a sophomore. I was planning on living in an apartment next year, but I'm keeping my options open.

I was also wondering if they take into account your high school record when you go through COB. I assume that if I went through formal recruitment as a sophomore, they would care more at that point about how I've been doing in college. I've been getting involved in a few clubs in college so far and managed to get a 4.0 this semester, but I was hugely involved in high school and had nearly perfect grades and standardized test scores during high school. Thus, I was just curious.
