Really wanting to rush a fraternity this spring. Thoughts on pike, sig ep and delt?

Coming from a girls perspective:
Delt- ok parties, attractive guys, a lot of stl private school guys and they're pretty smart, definitely a lot of girls favorite house and is the best out of the ones you named
Pike- a lot of girls really like pike parties, ok looking guys, they have a kinda bad rep but most girls don't actually believe it
Sig ep- good parties, not such good looking guys, a lot of people consider them the "blue collar frat"

you're really late for spring Rush dude most fraternities have already handed out all their bids. spring rush means your pledging during the spring
