I believe all of the top houses (PiPhi, ChiO, TriDelt) have members who are African-American. Is it easy to get into these houses if you are black? It actually isn't easy for ANYONE to get it because they have strict standards, grade cuts, etc. But I would say it isn't any harder for an African-American than any other PNM. Simply put, they don't discriminate.

Just stop asking already. We've answered this question over and over and over again, in may forms over many posts on GR.
You can get a bid from any house, no matter who you are, if you've got the grades and the personality.
I'm not sure if you're trying to get PHA into some manufactured controversy or just one house, stop. PHA gladly takes women of ANY color....black, white (white is a color), red, yellow, green.....;-) so quit already.
