If the campus opens for expansion, and if DZ submits an interest packet, and if they are one of the sororities chosen to present, and if they are selected as the sorority chosen to colonize.

No NPC sorority can join the campus without a formal process. First step - there has to be a vote to open for expansion. Second step - NPC gets notified the campus is open, and the 11 sororities not represented at Mizzou all get an equal chance to submit their interest. Third step - a committee reviews those interest packets and picks 3 sororities to come visit campus and make a formal presentation to the community on why they should be chosen. Fourth step - a vote is taken to pick which one of the 3 are actually going to get to come to Mizzou.

DZ has just as much chance as the other 10, if and when the campus opens for expansion.
