I think it's easier to separate sororities into two groups: professional-based sororities and social based sororities. It seems like the sororities here have become too extreme in either direction.
The top three houses have a good mix of both styles (chi o, tri delt, pi phi) while other houses get girls based on their house culture. Not saying one is better than the other, but to group alpha phi and ADPi together seems kind of weird, even if they are pretty similar in the ranks. For what it's worth, this site is swarmed with girls from the second group, which makes sense since they're the type of girls that care about rankings and placing in stuff.

In my observation, if a girl doesn't get a top three house, they mainly either look for professional-based houses (grades, homecoming/greek week, campus involvement) or social-based houses (looks, what fraternities they socialize with, etc) and then go down the list as they get cut.
Phi mu and tri sig are harder to stereotype since they tend to get a more random group. Sigma Kappa is new, and could go either way. Just my observations!

This is a joke. Alpha Phi above ADPi? APhi doesn't have nearly the involvement and their grades suck. Kappa ahead of PiPhi? Don't make me laugh. SK and Zeta in the middle tier? You're delusional. No matter how many times the OP posts and pats herself on the back, NO ONE agrees with this.

Yeah APhi doesn't have that good of grades, but they have an extremely tight sisterhood and they have social, likable, and pretty girls while ADPi is SUCH a hit or miss with looks and being social. And SK and zeta SHOULD be lower mid tier because we have way too good of a greek life to have 4-5 houses in bottom tier and I'd say SK has earned that spot and honestly zeta is a decent house and girls would rather be a zeta over a trisig, phi mu, or KD....and zeta honestly still has prettier girls than those 3.

SK and Zeta are both recruiting with AXO and APhi now, a lot my PNM's had some combination of SK, Zeta, AXO or APhi on pref when I was a Pi Chi this year. It's normal for Zeta to recruit with those two houses and now SK is recruiting with them too. Phi Mu and Sigma are always the only two houses on a lot of pref day schedules as well, per my group I was a Pi Chi for.

So either SK and Zeta are moving up, or AXO and APhi are falling. Depends on your view of things I suppose.

A great idea on how to rank houses based on what girls are looking for in a sorority. And I agree that it's more difficult to not necessarily stereotype houses- I don't like that word- but to rank them in one of two categories:
