house decs for hc

This year's house dec ratings were pretty bogus. I agree that Pi Phis and ChiOs were beautiful, for sure. But KKG and Phi Mu's were not good enough for top five. No one could even tell what Phi Mu's theme was. Deltas were decent, we knew that would happen because AEPi works so hard. KD's definitely should have been higher. ADPi's were really good and probably should have gotten top three, I mean they were basically the only ones with non-sliding boards but the designs were pretty cool. Definitely happy Phi Mu won overall because they worked hard in other aspects, but their decs weren't better than most.
