I think that Chi O did slightly better than ADPi in most categories,but I heard they got docked a lot for their banner because it wasn't an actual banner, so that may hurt their chances

why would you think chio would get points docked? chio and adpis banner had similar shapes.

They both got docked I think. No they didn't break any rules or anything but the banners were not banners. They were stands.
