Talking about top tier, I get it. Each has its identity. TriDelts are the pretty girls. PiPhis are the cool, smart (and often pretty) girls; Thetas are the smart, involved girls. ADPis are the smart, athletic girls. I know ChiO is def. top tier, but if you had to describe them, what are they?

I just went thru rush and I have to say lots of girls considered ADPi top tier. When cuts came down they seemed to be among the most selective.

ADPi is very selective and they are definitely a good house, and very popular with PNM's. But they're upper middle tier much like GPhi is.

I would consider ChiO multi-dimensional. Probably like PiPhi, but a little more intense. Hard to describe.

I think pretty is an adjective that applies to most of the Top Five, so I would say Delta's main identity is being social, Theta's is being smart, PiPhi's is that cool confidence, ADPi's is competitiveness or athleticism and ChiO's is, gosh, I don't know how to put my finger on it. But I agree they are top tier.

If there are 15 houses, that means the top tier must have five houses. If ADPi is not in the top tier, who would be? Certainly not Gamma Phi because while they are pretty they have terrible grades and embarrass themselves on a regular basis. While Alphi Phi is up and coming, they certainly aren't top tier yet. Alpha Chi? Ditto. I think an argument can be made that the most desirable, selective and well-rounded houses that earn the most respect are, in no order, ChiO, Delta, PiPhi, Theta and ADPi.
