Has anyone ever heard of Theta COBing, especially for friends. Also, I heard that Tri-Delt had a crapload of snapbids this year. Is that true? I asked their recruitment chair if they COB and she snobbishly said that, "Tri-Delt never COBs."

tridelt had 93 (or 92) new babies. they did not and do not snap bid.
