spring cob

I want more than anything to be able to COB a house this spring. I'm just looking for any possible information I could get. If there's anything I can do to better my chance of getting into a house I'd love to know what I can do. So if anyone has any information about what houses will be COB'ing and what I have to do to have a better chance of getting in please let me know!!
