I would say KD is top of bottom tier followed by SK.

If you consider KD bottom tier like most girls on here do, top of the bottom is KD. And while Zeta has better grades I think people like literally any other house in the bottom tier more than them. They rush better than Sigma and Phi Mu but girls in other houses don't like them.

Zeta is the lowest of the low. Hands down. No one respects that deceitful house.

I don't agree at all that Tri Delt is the top of top tier. I'm in a house that some say is mid to top tier and I would definitely put Pi Phi, Chi O or Theta above Tri Delt!

As a fellow middle tier house, yes, KD is failing. In the last three years-

1. Their grades are worse in both GPA and ranking between houses
2. They have worse retention and less quality girls pledging
3. They're placing less and less in comps
4. Their philanthropy is shrinking

These are all measurable things that prove they are failing. They are just getting worse. I don't see how anyone can argue against this when you can find the numbers on the PHA website. I think the only thing that is up for debate is quality of pledge class but everything else is backed up by numbers. Sorry KD, this isn't SK's doing, it's your own laziness.

When's the last time they placed at anything besides a buffet eating contest??

They placed in GW last semester but if you recall, that's the GW that ADPi was kicked out of and literally nobody tried to win because of the random pairings. Whereas Zeta placed 3rd in HOCO which everyone was trying to win and is cut throat.

If KD can place in HOCO this year, maybe I'll consider them being more than bottom tier. But them placing in ONE GW that nobody tried to win is like winning a marathon that nobody else showed up to run in. Does it even really count?
