I kind of agree, though it could be said that some of the houses that have been on top for a long time are actually treading water because there is no higher ground to read.

I like this compared to tiers, more realistic view.

I guess I would agree with most of it, but even though SK is on this site all of the time boasting about how well it is doing, I'm not sure it's actually gaining ground. While there probably was nowhere to go but up, I'm not sure most of greektown agrees that they are doing as well as they insist they are.

i would say pi phi and chi o are treading. adpi is getting better, not strong. theta and delta are the only solids.

SK needs to stop ranking themselves so high. They have one decent looking class, but they still have terrible grades and don't win anything.

Add another category for struggling houses:
Zeta - bad rush, lost a lot of pnms to other bottom tier houses
Gphi - negative PR and scandals over and over
KD - has only been on the constant downhill slide since sigma and sk joined. No more winning and bad looking pcs. Went from mid tier to bottom tier.

The only bad PR Gphi is getting is on this site by the few girls who live to tear houses down. They are a well liked house by guys and girls, ton of fun, involved in everything every other house is involved in and great sisterhood. If you see one gphi you see ten. They are always together!

SK had potential in homecoming this year if it wasn't for Sig Pi dropping out. SK/Sig Pi/Theta Chi had a decent chance at placing

First off nobody said SK is a top house. You're putting words in peoples mouths. Secondly, the reason SK is considered improving is because their PC's are getting hotter. When it comes to bottom tier houses that is the only way a house can improve. None of the bottom tier houses have good grades or win stuff. So the hallmark of which bottom tier house is the best one is based solely on looks at this point. And of the bottom tier houses, SK is one of the better looking ones. SK is no Delta and they're not trying to be.

You guys need to look at what's being said about these houses in the context of their tiers. SK is killing it in the bottom tier. But nobody, not even SK, thinks they're top tier.
