by: ZugzwagY'all are in the SEC, your play last year (besides USC) made it ok to say that. But regionally and culturally, y'all fit in the conference as well as WVU fits in the Big12. Or Notre Dame in the "Atlantic Coast" Conference. Or when TCU was in the "Mountain West". just so you know. Do it on the football field because no one things y'all are even remotely southern. Goobers.

And honestly, congrats on last year... y'all deserve it and I fight Big12 people when they say that perennial bottom dwellers being so successful in the SEC prove the fact that the SEC is inferior. Y'all were not the same team in our league that you were in the Big12 and we're happy to have you if that's the case. Today didn't help, but I trust that you will come back and remain respectable and a big part of our conference. Just don't try to pretend y'all are "southern". Lol I agree with OP - we might have a very strong greek life, but we are not even remotely southern. at all. we are as Yankee as it gets. Don't confuse southern with redneck or country, which we have plenty of in missouri. But we do NOT have the genteel, classic tradition that the South has.

Where we live we don't take ACTs - I did SAT... 720 M, 670 V, 790 W (I will admit I was shocked when I saw that last one). I did get an almost full ride to my SEC school, but I will say your point is a little off. I thought they only took the ACTs in the Midwest? Oh wait...
