I also felt a pretty big air of confidence in gphi, theta, kappa and adpi. I felt no more confidence in your so called "big 3" that I didn't feel in the other aforementioned houses. So just because you probably stalked this website and MADE yourself THINK you felt some weird superiority in these houses, anyone with an independent conscience felt that with the other four houses that everyone tries to get on their 7 party day. I know for a fact the big 7 (pi phi, kappa, tri delt, adpi, theta, chi o and gphi) have 90% return rates up until pref day when ALL those houses return rates take a significant drop. So I honestly can't even remotely agree with you. You sound pathetic and I pity you for thinking so highly of these 3 houses. They struggle just as much as the other four to keep the girls they love. So don't act like they are so superior. Just because they cut you doesn't mean they cut everyone else...

I'm in one of the aforementioned houses and while I proudly wear my letters, there are many people in my pledge class who did not pref our house first. My roommate is a ChiO and she said every person she knows in her pledge class listed ChiO as #1. I'm just saying...

Ya I'm a DG and everyone in MY pledge class said they preffed DG first and that's not true. If you honestly believe every girl in chi O preffed chi o first and every girl in tri delt preffed tri delt first and every girl in pi phi preffed pi phi first then you are a legitimate retard. And if you honestly believe pi phi didn't lose girls they wanted to kappa and chi o didn't lose girls they wanted to theta and tri delt didn't lose girls they wanted to gphi then you are brain dead. That's literally just not how this wonderful Greek system works. It's competitive. It's fun too, because we have SO MANY houses on a level playing field. Girls cut houses you'd be surprised they cut. Not every girl goes into rush thinking pi phi, chi o and tri delt are top. And not every girl wants to be them. If you can't get that through your head, good luck in life. Because the world is more competitive than that.

Of course girls are gonna say every girl in their class preffed the house they're in first. Most girls aren't comfortable being outright about being rejected from their first preffed house. You can't just take people's word for it when it comes to something that easy to lie about. The only proof you'll have that every girl preffed the house they're in first is in the confidential hands of PHA.

WHAT are you people? Why are you so pathetic? You are such high schoolers. NOBODY thinks there's a top three. NOBODY. There are 7 houses that are like on the brink of each other. They outrush each other some years. SO MANY girls never walked into these houses and felt "swagger." Whoever the pi phi, chi o or tri delt is that is sitting behind her screen self praising her house, STOP. That is not healthy and reality doesn't work that way. It's absolutely ridiculous. STOP SELF PROMOTING YOUR HOUSES. I can tell you my entire house and my boyfriends entire fraternity would not agree with your undisputed top 3! Tri delt is the ONLY house I would call top 3. Because they rush decent, are usually very nice, have pretty girls, have decent grades and at least put for some effort in comps. And that's the ONLY reason.

Maybe if ^^^^^^ you understood, you could be in a top house.

tri delt is not top three by any means. did you see their homecoming skit a few years ago? freaking embarrassing. They don't win things. they just rely on their good looks. not good.

And you're a theta..... Clearly. Because you know full well frats typically never pref you first. If they wanna win competitions? They pref chi o and kappa because their girls are hotter. They wanna get laid? They pref gphi, tridelt or DG. They just wanna take it easy one year and relax? Pi phi. Just the way it goes. Unless you have preconceived plans to pair with a fraternity, none of them want your house. And you win stuff too, so that's really embarrassing.

^^^^^So here we have yet another enlightened sorority member who judges the worth of a house according to how hot guys think it is. It's 2014, sweetie, not 1957. Have a little respect for yourself. If what a bunch of douche, pimply sorority bros think of you is first and foremost on your mind, well, that's just sad.

Most people don't care if theta cuts them. That's the problem.

You can literally say the same about adpi, theta, gphi and kappa. Like you're not winning here. You're not. We know you're a tri delt or a pi phi or a chi o. But you are literally making all this up in your head. You DONT actually have your pick of girls. The only one I would argue has more than a 70% return rate on pref day is tri delt. And not by much. After how many girls I've heard say so many people thought pi phi was uncomfortable and chi o was over the top... There's no possible way. And the girls saying that were HIGHLY sought after. I'm sorry but just STOP making yourselves feel so superior. You're not.

Then you don't know kappa very well. Do some research. Get to know more. Don't just meet one or two girls in a house and say "I've never met a hot one."

Only an insecure Kappa would reply to a taunt like that. "But we ARE hot. We REALLY REALLY are Hot. Really. Trust me. We're hot."
