Couple things- I don't think this was written by a kappa. Either another house who is framing them to sneak their house up in the list without being noticed, or just another thread to target kappa. Any way you spin it, no one thinks kappa is the number one house on campus so let's just move on and ignore it.
#2. Gphi is ranked too high. Mid tier should look like this:
Adpi
Axo
Aphi
Gphi
DG
#3. SK is ranked too high. Yes they did well this year but not enough to jump KD, sorry. I do agree that they jumped the rest of the bottom tier however.

The middle and bottom tier are really where the questioning is. Everyone is pretty much agreed on the top tier being Delta/Pi Phi/Kappa/Chi-O/Theta no matter what order you wanna try to put them in.
Middle and bottom tier all changed this year and "Kind Of" nailed it perfectly. My only thing is I'd even put Sigma above Phi Mu but that's a small detail.

Based on the outstanding girls we saw, talked to and talked about during rush and where they wound up, these are my rankings.

I'm a little fuzzy on the bottom three or four because I am not as familiar with the girls in their pledge classes. I would say they are pretty interchangeable.

I think this list I very accurate, or at least the top half. The top three as always are interchangeable, but I think ADPi put on a really good rush this year. I also think DG stepped up and is rising from the ashes.

Nice try, AXO, but you're NOT better than A Phi. Stop posting that you are. YOu girls are all over this site saying you're so great, done so well, etc., but until you get better looking girls, you're still bottom of the middle tier. Still pretty interchangeable with KD.

I'm not sure they're the same house. Alpha Phi prob has prettier girls but AXO has smarter girls who are more involved. However, I would say they both had a very good rush and they both did a lot to widen their appeal. And I agree they belong higher than DG and GPhi, which seemed to have dropped a notch or two because they seem to always get the same type of girl and have limited their prospects, not added to them. While I agree Delta, ChiO and PiPhi are the only three houses that are a lock for top tier, I would say PiPhi had the best rush of the three, followed by ChiO and TriDelt.

AXO is better than Alpha Phi. The only thing Alpha Phi used to have over AXO was looks but the last two recruitments AXO has gotten some really cute girls. I'm a DG and AXO extended bids to two of my rush crushes and I was really bummed when I found out they went AXO. AXO is top in grades, competing well, they've been around a long time and their members are involved around campus. APhi doesn't have that. At this point, APhi is closer in ranks to my house than AXO.

I didn't want to be in some "top" houses after open houses. I think for us OOS girls, we didn't care as much. We didn't have preconceived opinions about certain houses. Did not like the houses posters here act like are the best, like Chi O, Tri-delt, Kappa, DG. Did not want to be in them. Maybe it's a local thing?
