from a new members point of view..
by: Lucy PRush was a great experience. Coming on this website was not. I am someone who got my first choice of houses, but I really didn't have a house I went into that I didn't like. You were all passionate about your sisterhood, and seemed like lovely girls. I would like to point out a few houses that really stood out to me and why. And as you will see, they are all over these "tiers" you seem to have. The second house I went to was Kappa. I thought the girls made me feel very at home, and their house was beautiful. I really liked being there and now one of my great new friends is a Kappa. The second house that really stood out to me was DG. They seemed to be having a lot of fun showing everybody their house, and their skit day was very funny. I also thought Gamma Phi did an excellent job with their skit. Alpha Chi Omega had some really awesome girls and I was always so excited to go back to their house! And lastly, Kappa Delta, which you all have ranked as "Bottom teir" was also very enjoyable and made a great impassion on me. The girls I talked to were adorable. Every girl in my class loves whatever house she ended up in. This website makes me sad because I sincerely liked each and every house I went into, and I think Greek Life would be respected so much more if everyone just stopped bashing each others houses. We really are all on the same side. I look forward to meet friends from each house. Great job putting on rush week!

I think the "thanks, kappa" was a joke. If it wasn't a joke someone would've started ranting about how kappa is behind all her problems and how terrible they are for supposedly being on this website. You know, the usual.

I don't find it difficult at all to believe PNMs liked Kappa. It's not until you have been around awhile that you realize they are nuts. Never in the history of GreekRank has one house been so obsessive about answering any and every morsel of criticism. And, just watch, they will reply to this, too, further proving what we all know to be true. 3-2-1....

I actually didn't end up going Kappa. I thought they were nice girls though. Just like every house comes off in rush week as being nice girls. You find your "home" and you're so excited about it, so it's a shame when you have girls going through rush week ranting on and on about this website and making their choices and assumptions about houses from people writing nasty things about each house. If you don't like a house, it's not that hard to not speak negatively about it. We're all Greek. Support it.

I mean I've never heard anyone say kappas were nuts in person ever. This is the only place I've ever heard that. In fact I hear they're the opposite of nuts. I hear they're actually too chill and boring. I got the vibe They're like super prestigious and two of my own professors were kappas at mizzou a few years back. It's just nothing said about kappa on here I have seen translate into real life at all. So I'm confused. I didn't rush kappa because I wanted to be in my legacy house but I actually really liked them. They're a very credible and involved chapter.

earlier this evening and then again at 10:06 you were critical of someone voicing her (legitimate) opinion about Greek life and accused her of not having a life. And now, a mere 9 minutes later, you expect us to believe what you have to say about Greek life as you defend your house (Kappa). You lie, you accuse and you have no credibility, but it's everyone else who doesn't have a life? Really, Kappa, give it a rest. YOU are the reason that people think your house is nuts.

She's right, Enough. YOU are the reason people think Kappa is nuts. Did you read what you just wrote? Within the same rant you managed to throw together obscenities, accusations and nonsensical thought processes, all the while pretending NOT to be a Kappa. People have said it before and I'm saying it again: stop representing your house in such an awful way. Just shut up.

Why is it so hard for you people to believe Kappa is liked by PNM's? She also said she liked Kappa Delta but you're not accusing them of high ranking themselves. Seriously, your Kappa hatred is reaching delusional levels. It's getting obsessive and frankly, a bit pathetic.
