I have tri sig and phi mu which I really do not like but from the beginning I honestly really loved zeta and always preffed them. I am just so worried I will get the call tomorrow if I suicide them. I don't know how drastic their cuts are.

Also if I got a bid from phi mu or tri sig I would drop bc I really cannot see myself there and would rather be able to spring rush this year.

If your heart is telling you to suicide Zeta, and you are ONE HUNDRED PERCENT sure, then I would do so. Usual responses are never to suicide, and I usually always agree. But it sounds like you really are set here. The worse scenario would be to not get it but there's a chance you will if the house COBs.

By suiciding, you are not "maximizing your options", therefore, your spot on the bid list will be dropped around 40 spots. If you're at the top of their list, then you will be fine. If you're at the mid to bottom of the list, then you won't get a bid. The system gives preference to the girls who maximize their options. I would put all of your houses down, and if you end up with tri sig or phi mu- decline the bid. They say you can't cob once you open a bid but that is never checked upon and I know so many people who cob'd after opening a bid. Best of luck!!
