which houses have you loved?

What skits have you guys gone to/liked?

I thought it was weird that chi omega, kappa delta and alpha chi omega all had the same theme. Do the houses plan this or do they not know they are doing the same thing?

I have to say the level of conversation at a lot of the houses was pretty superficial and uninspiring. I don't expect to have a debate about Chaucer, but some of the girls I talked to had fairly dim bulbs. The only houses that stood out were Theta, PiPhi and ADPi.

Everyone was really sweet and easy to talk to

I felt good vibes and had smart conversations at Chi O and Theta. I also loved ADPi and SK! The girls were very sweet and tried really hard at Phi Mu!

Looooved pi beta phi and alpha chi omega, delta delta delta, and alpha delta pi all my first choices!!

Really liked Gamma Phi Beta, Sigma Kappa, Delta Gamma and Kappa Kappa Gamma!! Getting so nervous for the next round of cuts!!!!!!

I went to my 2 faves yesterday - Chi O and ADPi and still love them. Today I go to 2 of my other loves - Theta and SK. What if I get cut by all 4? I won't name the other houses I'm going to but I haven't gotten feels at any of them. I am so scared!!!

After the first round cuts it's never uncommon to hear girls talking about the middle/lower tier houses. The first round, it's all a buzz about the top tier but with nearly two thousand girls rushing it's very common for a large chunk of quality women to get cut across the board on the top tier. They start talking about the houses they have left, which tend to be the middle and bottom tier, and for that reason you'll hear those houses crop up in conversation a lot more. More girls going to those houses = more girls talking about them. Why is this a conversation? This happens literally every year, I'd expect a "leader" to know that.

I didn't really like or love the sorority I'm in now until after skits! I thought about it that night and thought while it never really stood out, I was always comfortable and relaxed there. Once I went to pref and still had them I realized it was my best option and I was right! Almost off my radar all week and now I can't imagine being anywhere else! Don't lose sight of that as you are making and going through cuts all week!
