Everyone knows that the top tier will do well, I'm interested to see who in the bottom tier will kill it. My guess? SK. They finally got their recruitment in their own hands and their Nationals finally backed off and let them make their own choices so I think they will show a sharp improvement.
Sigma too, Sigma recruited a beautiful PC last year and everyone knows the sophomores run their recruitment so I think Sigma will surprise everyone as well.

This year? No try the past two years. They were actually known as a better house than zeta before SK stepped on the scene. Their egos were inflated as soon as they moved up the ranks. Too bad this year no one bought it and zeta moved back up to top of bottom tier.

I don't consider KD bottom tier yet but this year might send them there.

Everyone know zeta will outrush KD. Zeta out rushes all te other bottom tiers every year. Their problem isn't rush, it's keeping members. For some reason, zeta puts on a good solid rush, and then they have a mass drop out. What gives? Why can't zeta keep their girls? They had to COB 30 girls last semster bc that's how low their house total was!! KD doesn't have to do that. KD has good retention rates. Girls enjoy being KDs. Girls don't enjoy being zetas. That's why KD will always be ranked over zeta. Not too mention, KD has better grades and a better track record for involvement.

KD may keep their girls but their last few pledge classes have been god-awful. Phi Mu had a decent pledge class last year. Zeta out rushes alot of houses, and yes they lose some girls, but I think they lose the ones they want to lose. SK has gotten rid of many of their bad apples, so hopefully that will show with a better sisterhood. Sigma lost their dead-weight seniors and their last few pledge classes have been great. I think Zeta, SK and Sigma will all do extremely well and grab quality girls. Phi Mus stereotype always hurts them. And KDs last few pledge classes are the ones recruiting this year's pc. So it is not looking good for KD at all. KD and Phi Mu will be bottom again in rush this year

Sigma

Phi Mu
KD
Best pledge classes will be -
DDD, Chi O, PiPhi
Surprisingly good/strong pledge classes will be -
DG, Aphi, Sigma, SK
Surprisingly weaker pledge classes than prev yrs will be -
Gphi, Kappa, KD
Normal pledge classes similar to most years/staying the same -
Theta, Zeta, AXO, Phi Mu, ADPi

^^ truth. The top houses (Pi Phi Kappa Chi O Theta and Delta) will recruit the best girls. Just like every year.
