tumblr backlash

Just curious if you all would indulge me. A lot of houses are only posting their really hot members to their Tumblrs before recruitment to try and make the PNM's favor them. But my question is, what are you going to do when the PNM's come through your house and realize your house isn't as hot as you're displaying?
AXO and SK are like the only two houses that have been honest with their portrayal of their members and no PNM is going to be surprised when they see the same girls in that house as they on the Tumblr page.
This is going to backfire really hard on a lot of houses like Sigma, who did a really good job with their Tumblr but don't have good looking girls in person. Hell, even Pi Phi had an incident with an unassociated Tumblr made by some of their girls.

I was actually surprised by the amount of hot girls axo had on their tumblr! They aren't known as one of our "hot houses" but they have some very very pretty girls! I did a double take, I always thought they were just kinda hit or miss, but this house has really done well it seems in the looks department.

I do think looks play an understated role in rush but at the end of the day, every PNM picks the house they are the most comfortable in.
