I have nothing against delta. I really don't. But I'm well aware deltas are on here because my friends in delta talk about how they are ranked on here all the time. So either 98% of you are pathetic followers who can't think for yourselves and are just too stupid to realize that you are worshipping a house who just had one really good year; that's it, OR, you're all deltas promoting yourselves to be top 3. LISTEN: I'm not one to accuse girls of self ranking. I have no idea who's worshipping these girls like god. But I can tell you this: if you actually knew them and some of the things they deal with in that house you wouldn't be calling them an undisputed top house. The thing is, they had a really good year. But usually deltas get ratchet gphi looking and behaving girls, they have to cob and their grades are mediocre. On top of all that, I'm not saying the girls aren't attractive, but they get blown up on here to be an entire house full of knock out supermodels. Sure there's a few bombshells but there are a few in every house. I don't find them outrageously prettier than any other house.
What I'm trying to say is can we please stop kissing this houses ass already?. If you're a delta on here promoting yourself, can you give it a rest? It's just not believable to the mature and intellectual Greeks that know the delta game. Congrats on a great year, but let's get consistent before we start calling ourselves "undisputed top tier." The only house that is undisputed is chi o.

What the f are you talking about? Delta has had a lot more than one good year. They are a strong house and they, along with ChiO and PiPhi, get the girls they want. Saying insulting things about Delta won't change that. And who in the world is kissing their ass????? I'm sure you are happy living in your parallel universe, but I prefer the real thing.

What kind of delusional world are you living in? You are clearly a pi phi or tri delt. You realize that girls hate going back to your houses right? I'll say it since nobody else will:
GET OFF THIS WEBSITE. Tri delt, pi phi, whoever you may be, you DO NOT get the girls you want. Pi phi, you have zero mass appeal. You attract ONE type of girl. People only continue to pref you because it's usually between you or sigma because they were cut everywhere else. I rememer a girl saying a few months after I said I was cut from pi phi on philanthropy day,"yeah you were cut but aren't you thankful you didn't end up one?" I mean SERIOUSLY how much more can you build yourselves up on here! and same for tri delt! Psycho self rankers, you had one great year where nothing appeared to go wrong and think everyone loves you. In the last you've had serious sisterhood issues, had to cob, wild ratchet girls, girls being relieved to get out of your house during recruitment... You seriously think you have overcome all that in a year? Once you have these years every year, I'll believe you.
And for the record, nobody can see return rates unless you're in that house. So unless you're a pi phi or tri delt on here promoting yourselves, you wouldn't possibly know what they are. I think pi phi is a middle house because there's no mass appeal and tri delt is a top tier, but I don't think they're better than anyone else in top. I don't believe in this big 3 thing you crazies are promoting.

You don't have to be kissing anyone's ass to know that there are selective houses and houses that are not as selective. there are statistics to prove this. The statistics show that there are 4-5 houses that have return rates that the other houses envy. That means that the PNMs overwhelmingly want to go back to those houses and, because the vast majority do, it is the sorority itself that gets to determine who comes back. And the Top 5 are (drum roll please): Delta, PiPhi, ChiO, Theta and ADPi. Now, you can live in whatever universe you want and you can pretend that these houses are not the most popular among PNMs, but you are deluding yourself. It's not about kissing anything, it's about dealing with reality. And it's only fair to let PNMs know that these are the most competitive houses and the most difficult to get a bid from. That's why instead of putting down Delta, we should all be encouraging the girls going through rush to keep an open mind, be aware of the realities and to not give up if they don't get asked back to what they considered their dream house. Any house can be a dream house is you expand your horizons.

Stop regurgitating the lies you see written on this website. Unless you are a memeber of all 15 houses you do not know who has the best return rates and who doesn't. Those are confidential. Wanna know why they're confidential? Because drama like this would start. Those could be true but they could also be false. The fact is, the only people who know all the return rates and how they rank up are the mature women of PHA who wouldn't risk losing their jobs in releasing that.
So, in conclusion, you're a liar. Those are confidential statistics that you don't have access to.

Those stats are pretty widely distributed. Each rush chair gets a spreadsheet every morning of rush before the parties begin. If you are on your house's rush committee you probably have seen them, or know about them. That's why so many people know about them. Some of the details are not surprising, some are. But facts are facts. And quoting the statistics doesn't make someone crazy.

I am in fact on the rush chair and have never seen another houses return rates, quite possibly because I'm not in that house and do not have access to what girls returned to their house. That's not my houses business, so you're a liar.
