Because frats techically shouldn't be all about partying. That's not all that makes a frat top. It just makes them fun. And beta is so much more selective. They are the envy of other fraternity men. Just bring them up in conversation at any other frat party and you'll see what I mean.

They are the only house that makes grades and they have money so all the gold diggers love them.

In case you haven't noticed. the best sororities have high standards and aren't just about partying. Their members have outstanding grades, looks, honors, activities, etc. Missouri fraternities aren't even in their league, except, perhaps, Beta. Have you ever wondered why freshmen girls flock to DU parties? It's because that's the level of the typical DU. If DU wants to be compared to Beta, try recruiting a higher standard of members, improve your grades and stop talking so much pride in being a party house.
