Tiers are on point. Order is subjective. I don't think there ever will be an order within tiers. No top house overall ever. There will just be general "levels"

This is correct. No way are AXO and ADPi the bottle of the middle tier.

I would switch chi o and pi phi and then put Gphi and Adpi at the same level but other than that, looks good
