final rankings before rush 2014

Top
Delta: best looks, high in grades, frat popularity, great philanthropy, and have recently started becoming more involved. they had a great year and should have a great rush
Pi Phi: looks and grades and really have a unique house. becoming more popular with frats in my opinion
Chi O: didn't have a great year but still undoubtedly one of our strongest houses. they'll kill hoco with ag rho
Kappa: their involvement is off the charts and i've seen their babies out at night a lot more. not the best but certainly top
Theta: for the super smart and involved girls. people love to hate but they have a niche and it works for them
Middle
GPhi: hot but suck at grades and involvement. however they put on a great rush and will get the type of girl they want, as always
ADPi: basically the same level as gphi but i'd say they had a rough year considering they were kicked out of greek week. hopefully they do better this year. very involved, top in grades
APhi: sort of random group of girls in the house but mainly cute and fun girls who still care about involvement. just need to get those grades up
DG: has had a rough past but i think they'll really rise out of the ashes this year. cute, fun, party girls who frats still like but don't necessarily love.
AXO: very average. most middle house you can find. once again, an involvement and grades house rather than a party house
KD: although not the strongest house, i still wouldn't consider kd bottom tier. they at least put in an effort
