fraternity house rank

Could somebody please rank the top 3 or 5 fraternity houses? No denying Beta is number 1 (it's practically a museum), but who comes after them you think? Delt Sig? Sig Chi?

When I visited their house it seemed pretty nice. But anyway, what would you then say is the top 5?

For actual physical house it goes like this:
1) Beta
2) Sig chi
3) phi kaps
4) Delt Sig
5) ag rho or delt
(this list is based on just niceness/newness. There are a lot of houses that are bigger than some of these)

also, all the fraternities basically need to build new houses or perform huge renovations before 2016 due to new safety/fire code regulations.
