Ok so the general consensus seems to be any house but Pi Kapp?

KA, Pi Kapp, DU, Sig Chi, or Pike?

preface: All of these houses (with the exception of Pi Kapp are in the same category in terms of which girls hang out with them, the type of guys they rush, etc. If you pledge any besides Pi Kapp you'll end up being friends with all the other houses)

DU; I LOVED DU my freshman year! Their house is torn down though (RIP) so if you're looking for a house for this year you're a little SOL. They're all living in Brookside downtown though!

KA: I didn't hang out with KAs all that much my freshman year. But they are so sweet! Many guys who rush KA were also rushing DU and vice versa. KA has more of the "southern gentleman" reputation and has more money from alum for social, etc.

Sig Chi: A Lot of private school guys and St. Louis cliques. Still fun like DU and KA but a little more arrogant.

Pike: The more "bro" version of DU and KA. A handful of meatheads but still fun af.

Pi Kapp: Pi Kapp is alright... they're kind of the house that is just "there" but no one really remembers them.

So if I were you... I would pref DU/KA (tied for first)> Pike > Sig Chi> Pi Kapp

Sigchi and DU get the best pairs for homecoming and greekweek with Sig chi having a sick house and DU going to have a sick house there undoubtly the two best followed by PIKE KA than Pi kapp. PIke doesnt have the brotherhood KA has 70 memebers and Pi kapp will never see mizzous campus again
