If you're talking about selectivity, Theta certainly is on the list, along with PiPhi and Chio. They all have strict grade cuts and won't even consider you unless you meet strict standards. There are houses know for popularity (Delta, GPhi, DG, maybe Alpha Phi) and houses known for being selective. I'm not saying one is better than the other, but in many ways Theta belongs high up in the rankings.
