Every house does it differently and that is considered strictly confidential information. All you need to know is we take everything into consideration - appearance (doesn't have to mean attractiveness, just looking put together), grades and involvement, and personality.

It's very subjective and has a lot to do with whether you would be comfortable in a house and whether members of a house would think you would fit in as a sister and add something to the house. We do not discriminate; all races and religions are welcome and are part of our sisterhood. But once you meet the basic criteria (grade cuts, etc.), you just have to click. If you trust the system and keep an open mind, things will work out just fine. It's the girls who come into rush with an attitude and a preconceived idea of where they want to be who wind up disappointed and often drop out.
