Upper mid tier in no order: Adpi, pi phi, axo, aphi, Gphi
Lower mid tier in no order: DG, zeta, KD
Bottom tier in no order: phi mu, sigma, sk
Or you can look at it this way:
1st pick houses: chi o, delta, theta, kappa, pi phi
2nd pick: Adpi, Gphi, aphi, axo, DG
3rd pick: zeta, KD
Last pick: phi mu, sk, sigma

You can't tell everyone what their first, second, third, or fourth choice should be because every house is different and every pnm will connect with a different house someone might really connect at AXO and that might be their first choice over delta because of who they are...

Because DG is still a better house than KD or zeta that girls would choose them as a second option. But in reality, those three houses are all really on the same playing field.
