I thought we went through this last year. SK didn't snap bid because they didn't make quota, they were GIVEN PERMISSION to give out more bids than other houses because they're newer and were recruiting up to average house totals. There is a difference.
Also, Aphi occasionally COBs so you could get lucky with them too.

SK made above quota and did not snap bid. Sigma was the only house to not make quota and that was because they took quality over quantity and then made up the difference with quiet, closed COBing. Seriously do you even know what you're talking about or what?
SK COB'd in the Fall and Spring because as a new chapter they are allowed to recruit up to average chapter size. This is not the same as snap bidding.
Phi Mu COB'd publicly.
Sigma COB'd but you had to know somebody in the chapter to get invites to their events.
DG, Alpha Phi, KD and AXO all COB'd but only a few girls. Like only seven girls in some cases.

No clue. Zeta usually COB'S but I don't think they're in as much trouble as Sigma is.

Last year, my roommate from the dorm COB'd ADPi and it was a very good experience for her. She was NEVER treated any different from the girls who went through "regular" Recruitment and is eligible to run for offices, etc.
