help please

I'm really interested in pi phi kappa or gphi each for different reasons. what does each house really focus on so I know what to talk about when I talk to the girls in the house? I've been told that kappa likes wealthier girls and pi phi likes creative girls but like what do I talk about to impress gphi? What can I wear to impress all 3 houses? Please help. My gpa is a 3.6 and I have a lot of volunteer work as well.
