Can a junior transfer with recs and a 3.5 GPA get a bid from Zeta or Phi Mu?

Being a junior is tough to get into any chapter, but bottom tier would be easiest to try for. Zeta and phi mu are two chapters that probably be more accepting because they don't have the best retention rates. They also can't cut as many girls because of their return rates. I do know juniors that got into kappa though, so it could happen in any house if you are what the house is looking for! Good luck!
