Written recs should come from alumni only. If you personally know a mizzou active in a house you're interested in(and they like you) you can politely ask them to talk to their rush chair or have them stand up and speak on your behalf during work week. I can't promise they will do it or will be allowed to because every houses rules are different, but it's worth a try. Best of luck.

some nationals allow actives at different schools than where the rec is going to write recs. each sorority has a different policy about this.
