i'm sure these will be argued about but this is what i believe to be the true rankings because i think in real life aka not on greek rank looks and popularity factor in a lot more.

It's some jealous Phi Mu trying to pant seeds of doubt before recruitment. I personally think SK and Phi Mu are interchangeable but of course, the smear campaign has to start some time. Tone it down Phi Mu, pace yourself and wait until August to try and assassinate the competition.

But looks aren't everything. Crappy grades and no involvement puts them at the bottom of mid tier

Actually based on popularity with PNMs, this is pretty accurate. Top houses are ones that attract top girls. GPhi does VERY well in recruitment.

FINALLY. this is so spot on. people on greek rank for some reason like to think that involvement, grades, competitions etc. is the right way and the only to judge houses and thats soo false. at mizzou and i can GUARANTEE that at any other big greek school houses that are top are those that have the prettiest girls who get decent grades, party and are popular. this list is representative of exactly that.

No one ever said that popularity was fair. Sometimes the houses that are popular are popular just based on traditions of having members who are attractive, from top families, from top areas, etc. Once they're in college, some don't feel like they have that much to prove. No one said anything about a MRS. degree.
