phi kapp or beta

Most fraternities at Mizzou attract guys who are really immature. You can tell by the fact that frat grades are so much lower than sororities. It's all about partying and beer. With two exceptions: Phi Kapp and Beta. These two have something more to offer and sororities find that really refreshing. Where as most other houses aren't selective at all, you have to have something special to get into Beta and Phi Kapp. Both have great houses, though the Beta house is probably superior to 99% of fraternity houses across the country. Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is you can't go wrong with either one but be prepared to do more than party and goof off if you get into either of these.

Pardon me, I'm a sophomore (going to be a junior) and I went to one party there my freshman year for Halloween. Not that great and they didn't socialize. Never heard ANYONE say "Oh Phi Kapp is the place to be" It was usually (and still is) Farmhouse, Pi Kapp, DU, and KA.

Because they were on probation last year, freshman. Before that which I'm assuming you were not here for, they were THE elite party house to be at every night
