Tri Delt and GPhi hang out all the time and are the best of friends.
Gphi and DG had the issues because DG was talking smack on GPHi during recruitment a few years back and GPHi found out.
Sigma and Sigma Kappa seem to have a bit of a be the better new house rivalry, but that's just a maybe.
Phi Mu doesn't have a beef with anyone.
AXO has had a rivalry the past few years with Zeta and Sigma - take your pick depending on the year.
Kappa's rivalry is more with Chi O - they lose a lot of girls to them.

Kappa and pi phi is a thing.

Tri Delt and GPhi seem to get along just fine. They attract the same type of girls and share a lot of the same interests. Lots of GPhis wanted to be Deltas but didn't make it, but don't seem to be resentful. And lots of Deltas had GPhi on their pref list on the last day. DG has problems not just with GPhi, but with lots of other houses, too. They are angry that AXO is doing so well and also seem to resent Delta because so many DGs were cut by Delta. Kappa has a real problem with PiPhi as well as ChiO, but lord knows why. They may all have good grades, but they are very different types of people. ChiOs and PiPhis ooze confidence pretty much don't give a rip while Kappas seem to have a chip on their shoulders because so many of them preffed other houses but didn't get them. I also think there is a bit of a rivalry, but also mutual respect, between Theta and ADPi. Both houses try really hard and are competitive. My guess is that in some ways they are interchangeable.

Phi Mu/Zeta/SK are all in competition with each other right now for control of the bottom tier. Zeta has been undisputed top of the bottom for awhile but now a lot of people think SK or Phi Mu have a chance to overthrow them if this next recruitment goes well.

Phi Mu and Zeta have always had a rivalry because they've been so close during recruiting getting the same girls and then SK came in and threw the numbers because they added a third option that PNMs could pref.

Basically, the entire bottom tier aside from Sigma are rivals. They all want to outdo each other and be the best of the worst. Sigma is the only one that isn't close to the others.

AXO and zeta are rivals but they no longer compete for the same girls. wonder if their attitudes towards each other will change now that axo competes for girls at a higher level, but it doesn't look like it. Zeta is still butt hurt that axo has been doing well or whatever. zeta, let your grudge go already, you're house is working hard to improve and everyone see's it. no reason to be nasty towards other houses. (sorry for the rant, my cousin is an axo and my best friend from HS is a zeta and I hear this more often than I would like, and yes my friend is a little caught up in drama but I still love her anyways!)\n\n\n\n\n
