gpa below a 3.0?

I have a gpa right below a 3.0. I have letters talking about personal circumstances that explain my grade. Will I still have a chance for a bid?

For houses like theta, kappa, chio, pi phi and maybe delta, idk could be pretty rough. But you should have a shot at another house if you have good enough reasons for your gpa

Adpi too. They might be hard to get into with that gpa
