And I only agree with Alpha Phi being above ADPi because of the Greek Week scandal ADPi had as well as the fact that APhi vastly improved this year.

Though some may argue that SK and Phi Mu are tied. Phi Mu has better grades but not by much but it seems that SK has much better retention. Between those two I think PNM's will be deciding which girls are nicer/they like better because neither is head and shoulders better than the others.

If Zeta can have another great year they might pull ahead of KD at the end of the 2014/2015 school year, we'll see how that goes.

Theta? I'd put Theta top tier because their grades were top again and they won HOCO but I understand why some people don't consider them top.

Overall this list is spit on, I wouldn't move anyone if we're going on the general campus consensus.

To the Theta who is having a hissy fit because ChiO generally is ranked higher than Theta, get over it. And to the girl who is on a rant because GPhi is ranked so low, get over that, too. Each house brings something special to the table. yes, Theta is consistently outstanding in grades, but ChiO has good grades, too. And the typical Theta wouldn't be at home in the ChiO house and vice versa. They attract different types of bright girls. Same can be said for PiPhi and Kappa. PiPhi has bright and beautiful girls who are chill. Kappa has some, too, but they would feel extremely out of place in the PiPhi house just as PiPhi thinks Kappa is way too up tight. Probably the same could be said for Delta and APhi, or Delta and GPhi or APhi.. Delta prides itself on being pretty, but there is a lot more to the package. GPhi and APhi also take pride in their looks, but they wouldnt feel comfortable in Delta any more than Delta would feel comfortable at any of those houses. Can't we just acknowledge the fact that houses look for different things in girls, and wind up with different things. If all of the houses were alike, it would be awful.

Saying that theta is not a pretty house is so lame. They are just not known for looks because they are known for being smart, Invovled and competitive. However there are many girls in this house that have the whole package! Beauty, brains and involvement! Don't be fooled! Thetas are a top house because they have strong retention, very sought after during rush, very involved on campus, won homecoming, won Rams, won grades. Hard to argue facts. Everything else is just opinions.

How hard is it to get into a mid tier house like APhi or axo?
