How does COB work for spring?

COBing is sketchy at best. You can fill out all the forms you want and there is no guarantee you will be invited to even one house. Bids mainly go to friends of members, and I can't think of a worse way to recruit. It guarantees cliques within houses. And let's not even talk about the women of color who never hear back from a house even though they have filled out the forms. Unless you think you won't be able to compete, I would wait until fall.

Terrible advice. If you want a COB you talk to people you know in sororities. All sororities prefer to bid girls they know over those they don't.
