which houses don't have pledgeship ?

I just wanna know which houses initiate their members from the start?

For sororities I don't think it's any of them, they all have some sort of new member program where you learn about the chapter for about a semester before becoming an ignited sister.

For fraternities, I know Sig Ep and SAE don't. I don't know about the others.
