retention rates
by: curious pnmHow can you find retention rates of the different sororities? I want to be sure I don't end up somewhere where half the girls end up leaving?

I posted the formula of how to find retention rates from the sorority community data reports. It was taken down within an hour. Somebody reported it and paid to have it taken down. Who wants to keep everyone ignorant of the truth?
Go to the reports for fall of one year and find Total members for a chapter, then go to the spring semester and find Active members. Active/Total is percent of retention. Average for all sororities is 89.9% for most current fall to spring. See how long this will stay up before someone pays to have it gone.

Correct taking pledge class way over Quota means you are having to keep up your membership by lots of Snap Bids, COB and Informal.
No clue what happened with Zeta last year, that’s weird, are they a newer sorority trying to grow or did they have massive defection?
alpha Phi is a disaster and pledges anyone they can and does tons of COB because of lack of retention.
