Almost all houses literally have a team of girls that are a mix of exec and other recruitment committees that spend all summer and work week watching videos. It depends on the house for what they’re looking for. You’ll quickly realize which houses recruit off looks and which ones are looking for quality members

Divide and conquer. Small groups of members review the ones they are assigned and a consensus among the group is used for best fit assessment. This is much like the process when 1st round used to be in person without videos. As stated, each sorority is looking at the videos from a slightly different perspective of what they want, so it's impossible to answer "what do you look for".
