frat rankings

Can someone rank the frats pleAse? I feel like what is on the rankings on this site is inaccurate.

top : sig chi, beta, phi kapp, du, ka
upper midd: pi kapps, delts, pike, aepi
middle: farmhouse, sig pi, ato
bottom: lambda chi, kappa sig, phi psi, sig nu, fiji, aghro, delt sig, ag sig, theta chi, delta chi, acacia .. etc etc we have a lot irrelevant frats

I agree that these ranks are accurate in general, but during competition season some houses are more desired than they are during the off season. Like AEPi would be considered a top house to be paired with for HOCO because of their skill in skit. And Delta Chi would be more middle because they also are a great house to get paired with for HOCO. Lambda would be top if we're talking about GW.

Though the reputations in general are correct above.

All homecoming and greek week desirability aside this is pretty fair
Top overall houses: Beta, Sig Chi, and Phi Kapp
Top party houses: DU, KA, and PIKE
MIddle Tier: Delt, Delt Sig, Aepi, Farmhouse, Sig Ep, and maybe Sig Pi or Pi Kapp
Bottom: Everyone else
