should i rush as a transfer student?

so i currently go to school rlly far away from home and am planning on coming back and transferring to mizzou. i’ve been through the rush process at a school where greek life is REALLY prominent and competitive so i feel i know the process. however i’m curious if i would be disadvantaged because even though i’d be new to mizzou, i would still be a sophomore…. should i even try?
