The only houses people tend to all agree on are that Delta/Pi Phi and Chi-O are top and that ZetaSK/Phi Mu and Sigma are bottom. The girl who posted this inter-tier break down has it perfectly.

Like the difference between Theta and GPhi is what you look for. Some girls might consider GPhi top tier because they party and have cute girls, others might consider Theta top because they do well in comps and get great grades. It's really about who you ask. But nobody is going to say Kappa is bottom or Sigma is top. The tiers usually fall like the post above.

most people that dont lurk this website and think for themselves or the people who have never even heard of this website think pi phi is worthless aka most of greek life. so just because all you dim wits think they are like God, most of us think they are as mediocre as it gets. so what they get all the girls THEY want. its not like anybody else really wanted the weird girls in that house. trust me, you guys on here are the only ones who fall all over pi phi. theyre just irrelevant. id never put them as a top tier house. middle tier to upper middle

Nice try, but the real bottom tier houses doesn't include phi mu anymore. They passed zeta a couple years ago. Time to let it go. Zeta and sigma are our two bottom houses. Sk bottom three, phi mu or kd top of bottom (kd may be more middle depending who you ask) but sigma and zeta are definitely bottom 2.

Did you think we wouldn't notice that you snuck GPhi in the top tier and left out Pi Phi or what? Pi Phi has one of the strongest rushes on campus even though they disappear after rush. Nice try.

Real bottom tier order that is agreed upon by the majority - whether you personally agree or not-

KD - some people consider this house mid tier. I think they're bottom until they can improve in the looks department. Sorry. Strong in all other aspects (except social ability - they're homebodies)
Phi mu - good PC this year, strong sisterhood, popular for their kindness
SK - despite the drama, this house has really tried to make a name for themselves. They already placed in some smaller competitions, and were able to get a full PC
Zeta - recently better grades (still in the bottom 5), and an overall placement in hc, but they have a significant amount of trouble retaining new members, and are known for being the root cause to a lot of unnecessary drama. Not very popular.
Sigma - I've heard they got a good quality PC this year, but were unable to make quota. Poor grades and lack of involvement earns them the bottom spot in bottom tier for the time being.
