by: ItsTrueYes, I am a Kappa and, yes, I am on this site all the time. I just get so sick of people saying we're not top tier when we have tried SO DARN HARD in the last two years to really get better. We have tried to be more selective in who we choose and we have really emphasized improving our grades. When it comes to competition, we INSIST that our members step up. I think it has paid off. In fact, most of us have seen a marked improvement and think we are going in the right direction In fact, we are definitely in the top tier if not the best or second best house on campus. So why is it so awful to have pride in what we've done? The results are measurable. I really think everyone else is just coasting and we are getting better and other houses can't stand to see that. You all really are jealous biddies.

I'm a Theta and I totally feel you. I'm tired of having our victories and successes marginalized because we're not a "hot girl house." I'm interested in why Chi-Onis considered top and we're not? Are they ever first in grades? Do they have a hot pledge class? They won HOCO two years ago with AEPi and that's enough apparently.
Well my house just won HOCO and is known for great grades. Why are we not top?
Kappa just got a three-pea t victory for GW and is always top in grades. Why aren't they top?
I'll say it. I think ADPi is all over this website trying to keep anyone else out of top tier because they think the spot is theirs to have.

I'm not a Kappa, but I am in a house that really tries hard and keeps improving. But then you have Delta and PiPhi who just seem to have some sort of magical aura about them that attracts the best PNMs. I don't begrudge them, because they must knock it our of the park during rush and they keep their standards high. But why is it that when a house is working hard and is noticeably better, no one give us credit. In fact, we get blamed for "trying too hard." I think the best houses are the ones that work together to get better. I think that's what a sisterhood is all about and that there is plenty of room at the top for all kinds of houses.

Really there are houses where freshmen come through at recruitment and refuse to talk out of hatred? I find that very hard to believe. Everyone I knew was nice at every house because they knew girls had friends in all sororities, and they knew if they were b.i.tchy, it would get back to other houses and might spoil their shot at any house.

You don't know if it's a zeta or an axo or an adpi or any of the 15 sororities. You're stupid trying to point fingers and just as bad as the original poster. People are so pathetic
