hazing in sororities

i'm rushing at miz and am very excited. i know that hazing is "not condoned" but i also heard a rumor that pledges are coerced into hooking up with frat guys. granted, the person i heard this from isn't a very reliable source but i was just curious if anyone has actually heard of stuff like this going on behind closed doors.

i have friends in almost every house and no house hazes. i’ve heard rumors in the past they might have but not anymore.

I’ve never heard of that and didn’t experience anything close to hazing. My new member experience was being showered with gifts and love, and they were very careful to never do anything that could be interpreted as hazing.
